At this time, our product distribution is limited to Taiwan and we do not offer international shipping services.

We understand that there may be customers who are interested in purchasing our products from outside of Taiwan, and we are committed to finding ways to accommodate our customer's needs. We use the Shopee platform to conduct business transactions with customers. Therefore, if you want to cancel your order, please do so through the Shopee platform. As long as your order has not been shipped, you can apply to cancel the order through the system and place a new order.

However, if you are unhappy with your order after receiving it for any reason, you can use the Return & Refund guarantee.

Please amend or change your shipping address through the Shopee Platform.
If the order can still modify the shipping information, it will display "Change or Edit" next to the shipping address. However, if it displays "Copy", it means that it cannot be modified.
If the seller has entered the shipping process (the seller has applied for a shipping number, and the goods have been shipped or are in transit), the shipping information cannot be modified.
Reminder:
• The new shipping information must be from the same logistics provider as the original shipping information.
     Ex 1: If you originally selected a 7-Eleven store, the shipping information can only be modified to another 7-Eleven store.
     Ex 2: If you originally selected Taiwan Yamato International Logistics or Taiwan Pelican Express, the shipping information can only be modified to Taiwan Yamato International Logistics or Taiwan Pelican Express, and cannot be changed to pick up at a convenience store.
• After the shipping information is successfully modified, both the buyer and seller will receive a push notification immediately. The notification will contain the updated delivery information, and the information in the order details will also be synchronized.
• If the item is not picked up within the specified period, it will be returned to the seller's original sending store. If you still need the item, please place a new order.

Normally, it will take 1-2 working days to prepare the items. (Sometimes it will be delayed due to the stock issue). After preparing, we will ship out your order.

Product Registration

Thank you for purchasing McLELLAND products and using the extended warranty registration system. With the purchase of genuine products and the accompanying "Product Warranty Card," you will have a 180-day warranty. If you complete the online warranty registration within 15 days of the purchase date, McLELLAND will provide an additional 180 days of warranty service, for a total of 360 days of warranty coverage.

Please fill out the following registration form and submit it. Our company will process it as soon as we receive your information. Under normal circumstances, you should receive a confirmation email from our company regarding the completion of the registration within two weeks. We would also like to remind you that in certain cases, our service personnel may contact you to verify the accuracy of the information.

Warranty Policy

  • All products with a service guarantee provided by our company come with a warranty certificate.
  • All products sold by our company are eligible for an original factory warranty except for specific products.
  • However, our company reserves the right not to provide warranty and chargeable repair services for products that cannot be identified as sold by our company.
  • The product warranty is valid only in Taiwan and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty coverage may vary for different models, please refer to the warranty terms stated on the actual product.
  • After inspection by our company's repair center, if it is confirmed that the malfunction is due to manufacturing reasons, free repair within the warranty period will be provided from the date of purchase. If it cannot be repaired with parts, a replacement with the same (or similar specifications) model will be provided.
  • After-sales service warranty coverage:
    1. Our company provides a 180-day warranty service for all types of products from the date of purchase.
    2. For products that have not been registered on our official website, the original purchase invoice must be provided when sending for repair; Otherwise, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of shipment by our company.
    3. For products that have been registered but the purchase date is not filled in or the information filled in does not match the shipping data of the product, we regret that we cannot provide free warranty service.
    4. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the warranty does not cover accessories or consumables such as remote controllers, power cords, signal cables, antennas, and power rectifiers included in the product.
    5. The scope of the service warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by any factors other than defects in the product itself, including but not limited to:
      ▸ Accidents such as natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.   
      ▸ Incorrect use/abuse/negligence, external damage.
    6. During the warranty period, if there is any abnormality with the product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the inspection by our customer service center confirms that the malfunction is due to normal use, we will provide free repair service.
    7. The scope of this service guarantee does not include any damage or loss of consumable items and accessory products provided with the "product" (such as packaging materials, cables, remote controls, user manuals, etc.).
    8. If, after inspection, the "product" itself has no malfunctions or defects, and the abnormality is caused by other accessories, products, related or peripheral equipment connected to the "product," it will not be covered by this service guarantee.
    9. Although it is within the warranty period, the following situations still require charges:
      ▸ Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
      ▸ Failure to use, store, or operate according to the rated voltage or maximum power capacity, negligence in use, use for other purposes (such as commercial use), accidents, physical damage, exposure to moisture, damage or malfunction caused by transportation, mailing, moving, or connecting with other products.
      ▸ Malfunction is caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters or pest infestation.
      ▸ Unregistered or incorrectly registered product, mismatched model or serial number, unidentifiable or altered.
    10. If there is a repair, the ownership of the parts disassembled from the "product" belongs to our company; our company has the right to use new and/or regenerated parts for the repair of the "product".
    11. There are supply inventory restrictions for various parts, and it is difficult to repair them if the parts have been discontinued. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.   
    12. Parts and labor costs will be charged for repairs beyond the warranty period, according to our company's regulations.
    13. Our company has never authorized repair service providers to act on our behalf. If you need to send the product for repair, please contact our after-sales service center directly.
    14. All postage and shipping fees incurred during the warranty period or due to repairs caused by external factors shall be borne by the customer.
    15. The company reserves the right to modify the content of the after-sales service warranty.
    16. We hereby disclaim all other service guarantees not expressly stated herein, whether explicit or implied, except as limited by applicable law. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are not included in the service guarantees of the "product".
